    Suit for absolute divorce has been filed in the Court of Chancery by John Joseph Gallagher, a teacher, of 859 Chambers Street, against Mrs. Viola Parsons Gallagher. He charges her with infidelity.
    Separated in 1916, after two years of married life, Gallagher joined the army in September, 1917, first going to Camp Dix, where he was a member of the 311th Infantry. He charges in his divorce complaint that Mrs. Gallagher, although separated from him for more than 13 months, gave birth to twins in November, 1917. Arthur Laarz is named by Gallagher as the alleged corespondent in the case.
    According to Gallagher's counsel, William A. Moore, the husband knew nothing of his wife's alleged unfaithfulness until discovery was made by city health authorities that she, after the untimely death of the twins, had buried them in her back yard on Kossuth Street. Poverty was ascribed at the time as a reason for their interment on private property.
    County and city authorities made an investigation, according to counsel, clearing all parties concerned of any intentional wrong-doing in connection with the burial of the infants, although Mrs. Gallagher and the alleged corespondent were arrested at that time for violation of the Sanitary code.

  John J. Gallagher
    John J. Gallagher, 64, retired potter and veteran of World War I, was found dead yesterday at his home, 614 North Clinton Avenue. He was born in Trenton, son of the late Patrick and Anna Gallagher.
    Surviving are two brothers, James L. and Raymond of Trenton, and several grandchildren.
    The funeral will be held Thursday at 9 a.m. from the Cellini Funeral Home, 931 Princeton Avenue, with interment in Beverly National Cemetery. Friends may call tomorrow evening.
