ARTHUR LITTLE NORRIS, 58, of Sag Harbor, N.Y., formerly of Elmwood Park and Teaneck, died Monday. He was a dentist in the Bronx.
He was also clinical associate director of the School of Minority Affairs at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Hampton Bays, N.Y.
He was a graduate of Rutgers University and the Howard University Dental School, Washington, D.C. He was a member of Alpha Phi Alpha and Rotary International.
