William Durham, of Broad Street Park, was committed to jail without bail by Justice Mills yesterday afternoon, charged by his step-daughter, Edna Pierce,
with a serious crime. Durham recently came to Trenton from Groveville.

If the trial of indictments is completed by Friday it is likely that many of the persons awaiting sentence will learn their fate at that time.
The most important prisoners to be sentenced are William Durham and Charles McCormack. Durham can be given fifteen years under the law and McCormack, ten.

Durham's Funeral / Will Be Thursday
The funeral of William Durham, boiler room foreman of the John A. Roebling's Sons Company here, who died yesterday morning in a local hospital, will be
held Thursday afternoon from his home, 1303 Genesee Street, at 1 o'clock. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Burlington, under direction of Ralph Thatcher.
Mr. Durham had been in poor health several years but continued at his job until just before he entered the hospital two weeks ago. He was born near
Dover, Del., and lived until 1900 in Burlington. Since then he has lived in this city and been employed by the Roebling company.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. John Spott, with whom he made his home, and Mrs. John Parelli, of 31 Brown Street; two stepdaughters, Mrs. John Scott,
of Leipsic, Del., and Mrs. Edna Rosenkranse, of Crosswicks; a son, Benjamin Durham, of 1018 Fairmount, a member of Engine Company No. 3, South Broad Street, and
four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for William Durham, husband of the late Mrs. Mary A. Durham, who died Sunday, were held yesterday at his late home, 1303 Genesee
Street. The Rev. William T. Magill, of Pilgrim Presbyterian Church, officiated.
Burial was in Odd Fellows' Cemetery, Burlington, under direction of Ralph Thatcher. Bearers were: Miles Johnson, Albert Gallagher, Frank Wright,
Edward Gaskill, Alexander Swanberg and Frank Sidders.
