Benno Fuchs, believed to be working in Trenton, is wanted at the headquarters of the local branch of the Red
Cross. Information of importance awaits him.
The man, a veteran of the World War, is thought to have come here from Pennsylvania, following his discharge
from a soldiers' hospital in Washington.

in Germany, was a guest at today's luncheon meeting of the 40 and 8 Club at the Rite Bite.

Former Trentonian / Buried in Arlington
Benno Fuchs, formerly of Trenton, a veteran of the World War, and lately a resident of Westhaven, near
Portsmouth, Va., is dead. He died, it has just been learned, several days ago and was buried in the Arlington National
Cemetery at Washington.
Mr. Fuchs, who was well known to many Trentonians, was a native of Pfaffenhofan, Germany. He served in
the regular army from 1914 to 1922 and for a time during the World War was a member of the military intelligence branch.
While overseas he received a special citation from his division commander for exceptional bravery. He lived for a
number of years in Trenton following the war.
In addition to his widow, Mr. Fuchs is survived by a son and a daughter. He was 44 years old. Death came
after an illness of three months, although he was in poor health for a number of years as the result of a gas attack
while in service.
