  Bert I. Fisher
    Bert I. Fisher, 69, Rt. 3, Elwood, died early Friday at Mercy Hospital following an extended illness.
    Born July 10, 1920 in Widnfall, he was the son of Roy and Grace Durham Fisher.
    He married Mary Belle Manis in 1942. She survives.
    He retired from Continental Can and was a member of the First Baptist Church and a veteran of World War II.
    Survivors include his wife, one daughter, Frances McDaniel of Crawfordsville; one sister, Mary Lou Williams of Kokomo; one grandson, and several nieces and nephews.
    Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Copher and Fesler Funeral Home in Elwood. Burial will be in the Elwood City Cemetery.
    Friends may call from 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
