    Funeral services for Mrs. Margarette B. (Peg) Driggett, 71, who died unexpectedly Saturday evening, will be held at St. Mary's church at 10 a.m. Wednesday. The Rev. R. Dale Magoon will officiate. Interment will be in St. Mary's
    Born at Ironton Sept. 1, 1904, the former Margarette B. Hammond was graduated from the Charlevoix High School in 1923 and later from Western Michigan University with a B.A. degree and Northwestern University in Evanston with an M.A. degree in History and Political Science. She was associated with the Grand Rapids School System from the 1930's until her retirement in June 1967. On Dec. 23, 1943, she was married to James D. Driggett. They spent the summers in Charlevoix until 1967 when they returned here to make their home.
    She was a member of St. Mary's Church and the Rosary Alter Society, a member and past President of both the Charlevoix Women's Club and the Women's Guild of the Charlevoix Area Hospital and director and past chairman of Charlevoix Waterfront Fair Committee.
    Surviving are her husband and one brother, Edward Hammond, of East Jordan.
    Anyone wishing to honor the memory of Mrs. Driggett may do so by making a contribution to the Charlevoix Area Hospital.
