Ella L. Durham
  Ella L. Durham, 78, Rt. 4, Tipton, died today, July 21, at Yohe Rest Home after an illness of five years.
  She was born in Iowa Aug. 6, 1907, the daughter of Henry and Emma (Kuntz) Michel. She was married Sept. 20, 1928, to A. Santford Durham, who survives.
  A resident of Tipton County for the past 76 years, she was a member of the Kemp United Methodist Church and the Helping Hand Home Economics Club.
  Also surviving are two sons, Dale Durham, North Branch, Minn., and Alan Durham, Tipton County; two daughters, Dorine Barkes, Mishawaka, Ind., and Sandra Sue Reichert, Bloomingon, Ill.; two sisters, Mabel Michel, Tipton, and Esther Butz, Marion; a brother, Herbert Michel, Tipton; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. A son preceded her in death.
  Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Kemp United Methodist Church, with the Reverends Lynn Soughan and John Paul Jones officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call at the Leatherman-Morris Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Tuesday and at the church, one hour prior to services.
  Memorials may be made to either the church or the donor's favorite charity.
