Hattie Everling Succumbs Today; Funeral Tuesday
  Mrs. Hattie Everling, 76, of the Fairground Road, died this morning at 3:15 o'clock at Mercy hospital after a few days illness.
  She was born in Indiana, March 2, 1892, the daughter of Joseph and Alice Durham Moore. She was married to John Everling Dec. 26, 1906. She attended the Zion chapel church.
  Survivors include the husband and the following children, Rolland of route 1 Windfall, John of route 1 Windfall, Lawrence of route 3 Elwood, Mrs. Gertrude Hahn and Mrs. Louise Singer of Elwood, Mrs. Opal Witham of route 4 Tipton, Mrs. Mary VanBriggle of route 4 Tipton, Harold of route 4 Tipton and Mrs. Lois Jean Martin of Orestes; three sister, Mrs. Myrtle Avery of Elwood, Mrs. Dorothy Shaw of Markleville and Mrs. Martha Penzes of California, and one brother, Chester Perkins of Elwood; 31 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
  The body is at the Copher and Fesler funeral home where friends may call after 7 o'clock Sunday and again after 1 o'clock Monday afternoon.
  Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Cophers. Rev. James DeMint will officiate. Burial will be made in the Sunset Memorial park cemetery.
