DR. A. CURTIS NORRIS, 56, of Fresno, Calif., formerly of Elmwood Park, died Thursday. He was a veterinarian for the U.S. Department of Agriculture. He was graduated in 1952 from Lincoln University in Pennsylvania and in 1956 from Tuskeegee Institute in Alabama. Surviving are his wife, Phyllis St. George Norris; two sons, Dr. Kieth C. Norris of Los Angeles and Louis Centore of Houston; two daughters, Kim E. Norris of Queens and Ellen R. Norris of Fresno; his mother, Gertrude C. Norris of Kissimee, Fla.; two brothers, Dr. Fleming H. Norris III on Martha's Vineyard and Dr. Arthur L. Norris of Kissimee, and a grandson. A memorial service will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, Elmwood Park. Donations to the A.
