Miss Mabel Tart, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Tart of 1242 Genesee Street, and Clarence James Parsons,
of 129 Genesee Street, will be married this afternoon at the Broad Street M. E. Church by the Rev. Francis Purcell.
The bride will be attired in a white georgette crepe and satin gown and will wear a picture hat to match.
Miss Mabel Pfeger as maid of honor will wear a pink georgette crepe frock with a hat to match. Robert Leon Tart will be
Mr. Parsons' best man.
Mr. Parsons and his bride will reside at 16 Walnut Avenue after a wedding trip to Atlantic City and Wildwood.

Clarence Parsons, Transportation Aide
Clarence J. Parsons of 901 Genesee Street died Tuesday in St. Francis Hospital.
A lifelong resident here, he was a veteran of World War I and was retired from the State Division of Transportation. He was a member of
American Legion Post 93 and the 30-year Club of the highway department.
Husband of the late Elizabeth Magyar Parsons, he is survived by a son, James C. of Trenton; four sisters, Mrs. Katherine Schaum of
Roebling, Mrs. Charlotte Dennis of Trenton, Mrs. Ann Brokaw of Hamilton Township and Mrs. Marion Gutbrodt of Princeton; two grandchildren and a
great-grandchild.
The funeral will be held Friday at 8 a.m. from the Buklad Memorial Home, 2141 South Broad Street. Requiem high mass will be celebrated
at 9 in the Church of the Immaculate Conception and interment will be in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 7 to 9
p.m. and American Legion services will be at 8.
