Mrs. Viola Gallagher, 19 years old, wife of a Camp Dix soldier, was arraigned in Central Police Court today charged with burying the bodies of her
twin babies in a yeard in the rear of 272 Kossuth Street, where she resided. Captain Clancy after investigating the case sent a report of it to Prosecutor
Devlin.
