  Mrs. Irene Durham
    Fortville--Mrs. Irene T. Durham, 52, wife of Virgil Durham, of Fortville, died Tuesday noon at Community Hospital, Indianapolis, where she had been a patient for ten days.
    Mrs. Durham had been employed at the Fortville License Branch since 1962. Previously she had been a cashier at an Indianapolis drug store.
    Born in Tipton County, east of Tipton, on Oct. 18, 1916, she was a daughter of John F. and Anna L. Tobin. She had resided in Alexandria and Anderson before moving to Fortville in 1946, the year she was married to Mr. Durham.
    She was a member of the United Methodist Church at Fortville, BPW, and the VFW Auxiliary.
    Surviving are the husband; two foster sons, John Webb of Greenfield, and Raymond Miller of Aberdeen, Md.; a sister, Mrs. Evelyn Millspaugh of Anderson; four brothers, Wayne Tobin of Fairmount, Arthur Tobin, Francis Tobin and Chester Tobin, all of Alexandria. Mrs. Betty Ledbetter of Fortville is a sister-in-law.
    Friends will be received at the Ronald Seals Funeral Home after 7 p.m. today.
    Final rites will be conducted at the mortuary at 2 p.m. Friday by the Rev. Robert Wright of the Methodist Church. Interment will be in the Gravel Lawn Cemetery.
