Thomas Rites Sunday
Last rites for John H. Thomas, of 106 Chambers Street, a former employe of the maintenance department of the
Pennsylvania Railroad, who died last night at his home at the age of 55, will be conducted Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock
from the home. The Rev. Herschell Lee, of Trinity M. E. Church, will officiate, and burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery,
under direction of M. William Murphy.
Mr. Thomas gave up his work with the railroad a year ago because of illness, after a long period of service.
He was a member of Trenton Lodge of Moose. Surviving are his wife, Mabel Parsons Thomas; two daughters, Mrs. Fred Newton,
of this city, and Mrs. Harold Peterson, of Memphis, Tenn.; two sons, George and James, of Trenton; two brothers, George
and James Thomas; a sister, Mrs. Thomas Egan, of Philadelphia, and two grandchildren.

THOMAS–In Trenton, N. J., on the 21st inst., John H., husband of Mabel Thomas, nee Parsons, aged 54
years. The relatives and friends of the family, also Trenton Lodge, No. 164, L. O. O. M, are invited to attend the
funeral from his late residence, 106 Chambers Street, Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery.
