RACHEL MUNCEY, 87, of Tampa died Tuesday at Richey Manor Nursing Home in New Port Richey. A native of Cape May Court House, N.J., she moved to the Tampa Bay area from New Jersey in 1946. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventists Church, and is survived by six sons, three daughters, a brother, two sisters, 50 grandchildren, 68 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren. Neptune Society, St. Petersburg.
