JUDGE KATHRYNANN W. DURHAM
Judge Kathrynann W. Durham was appointed by Governor Thomas Ridge and was confirmed by the Pennsylvania Senate and has been serving as a Judge of the Court of Common Pleas [of Delaware County, Pennsylvania] since June 18, 2001. In November of 2001, she was elected to serve a ten-year term. Prior to her gubernatorial appointment, she served as a member of Delaware County Council from January 1996 to June 18, 2001. From 1979 until 1996 she was a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. She earned her undergraduate as well as her juris doctorate at Widener University. She is married to Stephen A. Durham, Esquire. They have one son, Stephen, and they live in Concord Township.
